Regrettable Experience with Fraternal Composite Service - Our organization has maintained a professional partnership with Fraternal Composite Service and its proprietor, Bill White, since 2019. During this tenure, we have effectively processed over 400,000 images on their behalf. Nevertheless, it is with regret that we must bring to your attention that despite repeated requests and reminders, Mr. White has not fulfilled payment obligations for services rendered and images processed from December 2021 to June 2022, amounting to an outstanding balance of $131,200. Furthermore, all attempts to communicate with Mr. White through email and phone have remained unanswered.

Moreover, despite multiple payment delays, we continued to receive image processing work from Fraternal Composite Service in the months following the payment deadline. Mr. White attributed these delays to various reasons such as staff shortage due to Covid, holidays, and the departure of an accountant. Due to our established professional relationship with Fraternal Composite Service, we continued to process images despite these payment delays.

Over a period of almost four years, starting in September 2019 and ending in June 2022, our team of fifteen professionals diligently retouched over 400,000 images on behalf of Fraternal Composite Service.
