A Review of Fraternal Composite Service's Unethical Payment Practices in New York

We have had a regrettable experience with Fraternal Composite Service, with whom we have had a professional partnership since 2019. Despite processing over 400,000 images on their behalf, we must bring attention to the fact that Mr. Bill White, the proprietor of Fraternal Composite Service, has not fulfilled payment obligations for services rendered and images processed from December 2021 to June 2022. The outstanding balance amounts to $131,200, and all attempts to communicate with Mr. White have gone unanswered.

Despite repeated payment delays, we continued to process images for Fraternal Composite Service due to our professional relationship. However, we have not received payment for over 60,000 images for images processed for various universities and colleges, including Carolinas College of Health Science, Florida-Southern College, Washington College, North Carolina U-Chapel Hill, Westminster College-Missouri, Maryland U-College Park, and Syracuse University on behalf of Fraternal Composite Service.

As a responsible organization, we feel obligated to inform our readers of our experience with Fraternal Composite Service. We believe that companies should uphold the highest ethical and moral standards in their dealings with clients and vendors. Unfortunately, Fraternal Composite Service has not met these standards in their dealings with our organization.

We advise caution to anyone considering doing business with Fraternal Composite Service and recommend performing due diligence before entering into any contractual relationship with this company.

As a result of the image editing services we provided between December 2021 and June 2022, our company is owed a substantial amount totaling $131,200. Fraternal Composite Service is a cheat company based in Utica, New York. In this Blog, I will explain how " Fraternal Composite Service"  Works with its Vendors and Clients in detail.   We have worked with Fraternal Composite Service and its Owner Bill White since 2019. We processed over 400,000 images for them in the last 3 years. Bill White owner of Fraternal Composite Service promised to send payments in the month of June 2022 but hasn't sent payment yet. He has stopped replying to all emails and calls. He kept on sending work to us to process all these months and kept on delaying payments citing reasons like an accountant has left her job, no one to make payments staff has covid, holidays, etc. Since we had a relationship since 2019 we did not doubt him and kept doing the images.
